Kaiser & Kühne has been a member of the network since the beginning of 2025 Economy+Family e.V. - an association of committed companies, social organisations and institutions in the district of Nienburg that are committed to a family-friendly working environment. The aim of the association is to attract and retain skilled labour with a future-oriented personnel policy and to sustainably improve the compatibility of work and family life in the region.
Recently, our management then announced the official Membership certificate at the company's headquarters at Südloh 5 - a visible sign that we want to take the issue of family friendliness one step further.
Why we are involved
As a manufacturer of high-quality playground equipment, we focus daily on what is good for children - safe play space, exercise and shared experiences. It is just as important to us that our Employees are able to reconcile their family and career.
Membership of the association Economy+Family e.V. we promise ourselves above all:

We are already focussing on long-term working relationships, short decision-making paths and respectful cooperation. We need reliable teams in production, administration and assembly - and that includes allowing private and family issues to have their place.
