The courage to be open is part of our culture - integrity, transparency and acting in accordance with the law are top priorities at Kaiser & Kühne. We have set up a whistleblower system to recognise and clarify possible violations at an early stage. This enables employees, business partners and third parties to confidentially report possible legal violations.

Our whistleblower system can be used to submit information on the following topics in particular:

  • Fraud and embezzlement
  • Violations of data protection regulations
  • Violations of environmental or occupational health and safety regulations
  • Discrimination or harassment
  • Other unlawful acts

Confidentiality & protection

All information received will be treated in strict confidence.

  • The identity of whistleblowers is protected
  • Information will only be processed by authorised persons
  • There is no discrimination or reprisals against whistleblowers

Whistleblowers who act to the best of their knowledge and belief are protected by law.

Processing procedure

After receipt of a tip:

  1. Confirmation of receipt (within the statutory period)
  2. Examination of the facts
  3. Introduction of suitable measures
  4. Feedback to the whistleblower (if possible)

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable data protection regulations. You can find further information in our Privacy policy.

External reporting centres

In addition to our internal whistleblower system, information can also be reported to external bodies. The central external reporting centre is the Federal Office of Justice. Further information can be found on the website of the relevant authority.
