Apprenticeship construction mechanic (m/f/d)

The construction mechanic apprenticeship involves the manufacture and assembly of metal structures. During the three-and-a-half-year dual training programme, trainees learn how to weld, cut and shape metals as well as how to read and implement technical drawings. The profession requires technical understanding, manual dexterity and teamwork. After the apprenticeship, there are many opportunities for further training, for example to become a technician or master craftsman.

The industrial clerk apprenticeship covers a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks. During the three-year dual training programme, trainees pass through various departments such as purchasing, sales, human resources, accounting and marketing. They learn to prepare quotations, process orders, look after customers and optimise business processes. Industrial clerks need a good understanding of figures, communication skills and organisational talent. The profession offers varied activities and good career opportunities, for example through further training to become a business economist or business administrator.
