Express Service
The Kaiser and Kühne fast delivery list for selected items offers a very special kind of premium service.
We guarantee delivery ex works within two weeks of receipt of the order.
General information:
The delivery time of two weeks is calculated from the date of receipt of the order.
An express flat rate is charged per order:
- up to 1,000 euros net value of goods: 50 euros
- up to 3,000 euros net value of goods: 100 euros
- from 3,000 euros net value of goods: 200 euros
Delivery is carriage paid from a net goods value of 8,000 euros. Below this amount, the freight costs are calculated according to the applicable freight cost scale.
Change requests (e.g. colours for HPL panels, post caps, powder coatings for uprights) are not possible within the scope of the fast delivery list. However, if you wish to make changes, please take into account the current standard delivery time.
