Support post
Stand posts made of stainless steel Ø 120 mm, covered with non-detachable stainless steel post caps. Connection of the modular add-on parts to the uprights using solid and fully welded stainless steel weld-in sleeves without protruding connecting elements.
Stand posts flush with the platform are covered with welded-on discs made of stainless steel.
Platform floor
Platform floor made of boards, 30 mm thick and circumferential squared timber beams 45 x 100 mm. The dried sawn timber made of robinia is planed, bevelled and free of rotting knots. Force-fit floor fastening using special stainless steel brackets with a continuous bolt connection.
Attachments
- Wooden balustrade made of robinia, 125 x 30 mm. Fastening between stainless steel tubes Ø 33.7 x 2 mm
- Attachable trough slide, 0.60 m wide, one-piece stainless steel construction, sheet thickness: 2.5 mm, with roll-off protection above the single-seat section
For your planning, please note that stainless steel slides should be orientated to the north-east or in the partial shade of trees due to the possible heating of the slide surface.
Metal components: Stainless steel. The robinia wood is treated with a water-repellent, breathable protective coating. In addition to protecting against moisture, this treatment reduces cracking.
The modular add-on parts transfer their forces directly to the uprights via a special adapter fastening. The screw connections are secured against unauthorised loosening.
