New recruits for our team in Eystrup
Since 1 August 2026, we have been delighted to welcome three new colleagues to Kaiser & Kühne. Leon Hille is joining the IT & QM department. At the same time, Silas Spöring is starting his apprenticeship as a construction mechanic, whilst Finn Luca Soor is beginning his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. We are delighted to welcome all three to our site in Eystrup.
Leon Hille – IT & Quality Management
With Leon Hille joining us, our team is expanding in the areas of IT and quality management. He will be supporting us in the future both in the maintenance and further development of our IT infrastructure and in tasks relating to safeguarding and continuously improving our quality standards. In doing so, he combines technical expertise with a key contribution to reliable processes and consistently high product quality.
We look forward to working with him and wish Leon a successful start, exciting projects and plenty of positive interactions with the team.
Silas Spöring – Apprenticeship as a design mechanic
Silas Spöring is joining us as an apprentice in mechanical engineering. During his apprenticeship, he will learn how to manufacture and assemble metal structures, produce technical drawings and machine components with precision craftsmanship. Step by step, he is discovering how materials, technology and teamwork come together to create durable playground equipment „Made in Eystrup“.
Finn Luca Soor – Training as an industrial clerk
Finn Luca Soor is starting his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. As part of this, he is learning about the business processes within our company and gaining an insight into various departments such as procurement, sales, accounts, human resources and marketing. This highlights just how many teams work together to ensure a project is successfully completed.

Training, knowledge transfer and the targeted strengthening of our team are key building blocks for the future of Kaiser & Kühne. With Leon, Silas and Finn, we are welcoming three new colleagues who will bring their perspectives and skills to a wide range of areas.
