Support post
Standing posts made of robinia plywood, cylindrically milled, Ø 120 mm. Unprotected end grain surfaces are covered with non-detachable stainless steel post caps.
Stainless steel tubular base for the foundation and elevation of Robinia roundwood posts, Ø 120 mm, below the play level.

Platform floor
Platform floor made of boards, 30 mm thick and circumferential squared timber beams 45 x 100 mm. The dried sawn timber made of robinia is planed, bevelled and free of rotting knots. Force-fit floor fastening using special stainless steel brackets with a continuous bolt connection. Pump pedestal also with profiled stainless steel sheet and prepared for installation of the valve combination included in this water feature. The valve combination will be located directly below the pump platform. An additional shaft for the valve combination is therefore not required.

Water pump with handwheel Article no. 0-33131-001
Water pump for direct connection to a water pipe, suction pipe connection 1 ¼ inch (pipe diameter at least ¾ inch)
Welded stainless steel construction, encapsulated pump housing, pump mechanism with roller and plain bearings, upper pump housing with handwheel must be removed, e.g. during the frost period.
Cover („winterisation plate“) for the remaining pump base is supplied.

Valve combination 1 1/4″ with hygienic flush (installed below the platform floor)
Device for direct connection of the water pump to a pressurised water pipe with fine filter for cleaning the water of suspended matter, dirt particles, etc., in order to prevent the diaphragm valves from becoming contaminated and thus prevent malfunctions.
Including K&K hygienic flushing: Device for automatic flushing of the pipework between the valve combination and K&K water pump with timer and non-return valve, designed for flushing a maximum of 30 m DN 40. Control unit consisting of control module, waterproof welded-in 6 V battery. Hygiene flush set to a 12-hour cycle at the factory.
The valve combination should be connected by a specialised installation company.

Welded stainless steel construction with 1 water drain pipe. Rubber cone closure with locking mechanism for complete water drainage. Sheet thickness: min. 2 mm / pipe Ø 38 mm. Connection to post.

Y-shaped water channel with one inlet area and two outlets, sheet thickness: min. 2 mm / pipe Ø 38 mm.

Welded stainless steel construction with elevation and water channel. Sheet thickness: min. 2 mm. Water wheel consisting of 12 blades, folded flat at the front and enclosed by side walls. Wheel bearings with maintenance-free roller bearings.

Metal components: Stainless steel. The robinia wood is treated with a water-repellent, breathable protective coating. In addition to protecting against moisture, this treatment also reduces cracking. The modular add-on parts transfer their forces directly to the uprights via a special adapter fastening. The screw connections are secured against unauthorised loosening by cover caps.
