Laser welding at Kaiser & Kühne

Made in Germany

A 30-year guarantee is not a promise.
They are the result of what we create every day.

Kaiser & Kühne develops and manufactures the majority of its play equipment itself – at its Eystrup site. From design and metalworking through to final assembly, this is where play equipment is produced for use all over the world.

Technologies such as precision laser welding, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and decades of experience ensure quality that will stand the test of time for generations to come. Our high level of vertical integration enables us to control every detail – from the choice of materials right down to the very last screw.

However, good play equipment is not just the result of high-quality manufacturing. It is the result of systems designed with the long term in mind. That is why Kaiser & Kühne develops play areas not just for the here and now, but for decades to come.

Components remain traceable, designs are continuously refined, and spare parts remain available even after many years.

Whereas other systems lose continuity due to changes in design, short-term trends or switching suppliers, Kaiser & Kühne focuses on consistency. This means that playgrounds can be extended, refurbished and maintained – even when today’s children have long since taken on responsibilities of their own.

The result is play areas that offer technical continuity, long-term investment security and a quality that endures well beyond their completion.
