To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a committed Employee as TIG welder (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- TIG welding of stainless steel components for our playground equipment (usually 2-3 mm wall thickness) according to drawings and production specifications
- Preparing the components for assembly, e.g. through precise assembly, stapling and pre-alignment
- Reworking of weld seams (e.g. grinding, deburring, levelling) for a high-quality, child-safe end product
- Independent testing and control of the manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy, quality and workmanship
- Working according to technical drawings and parts lists, tailored to the requirements of playground equipment construction
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Metal worker, construction mechanic, welder or comparable
- Safe mastery of the TIG welding process, especially for stainless steel (approx. 2.5 mm)
- A good eye for Clean visible seams and precise workmanship
- Experience in the pre-setting and tacking of assemblies is an advantage
- Independent, careful and quality-conscious way of working
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and reliability
