Since early 2025, Kaiser & Kühne has been a member of Verbund Wirtschaft+Familie e.V. – an association of committed companies, social organisations and institutions in the district of Nienburg that are committed to promoting a family-friendly working environment. The aim of the association is to attract and retain skilled workers with a forward-looking human resources policy and to improve the compatibility of work and family life in the region in the long term.
Our management recently accepted the official membership certificate at our company headquarters at Südloh 5 – a visible sign that we want to consistently pursue the issue of family friendliness.
Why we are involved
As a manufacturer of high-quality playground equipment, we deal with what is good for children on a daily basis – safe play areas, exercise and shared experiences. It is just as important to us that our employees are able to achieve a good work-life balance.
Through our membership in the Verbund Wirtschaft+Familie e.V. association, we hope to achieve the following in particular:
- Regional exchange with other companies from the district of Nienburg
- Practical ideas for modern, family-friendly HR policies – from flexible working time models to offers for parents
- Workshops and events where we can share good examples and take away new ideas for our everyday work
- Greater visibility as a family-friendly employer in the region

Family friendliness as part of our corporate culture
We already focus on long-term employment relationships, short decision-making processes and mutual respect. We need reliable teams in production, administration and assembly – and that means allowing private and family matters to have their place.
By becoming a member of Verbund Wirtschaft+Familie e.V., we are taking the next step:
We want to further develop existing measures, test new offerings and, in dialogue with other member companies, learn how a family-friendly corporate culture can be even more successful in practice.
