Express Service
The Kaiser Kühne express delivery list for selected items offers a premium service of a very special kind.
We guarantee delivery ex works within two weeks of receipt of the order.
General information:
The delivery time of two weeks is calculated from the date of receipt of the order.
An express surcharge will be charged per order:
– up to 1,000 euros net value of goods: 50 euros
– up to 3,000 euros net value of goods: 100 euros
– from 3,000 euros net value of goods: 200 euros
Delivery is free of charge for a net value of goods of 8,000 euros or more. Below this amount, the freight cost share is determined according to the valid freight cost scale.
Change requests (e.g. colors for HPL panels, post caps, powder coatings for upright posts) are not possible within the scope of the express delivery list. If you still require changes, please take into account the current standard delivery time.
