Technical data
Area: 3,65 x 22,20 m
Minimum space: 4,00 x 24,40 m (91 m²)
Total cable length: 20,00 m
Height of starting station: 2,90 m (above mound = play level)
Height of terminus: 2,90 m (above play level)
Weight: 60 kg heaviest single component
565 kg as a whole

– cable ride cross beam from hot-dip galvanised steel, with (coloured) powder-coating
– cable ride stanchions made from hot-dip galvanised tubular steel Ø 88,9 x 5,6 mm
– cable fastening with tensioning device for smooth straight-line tensioning by means of self-locking trapezoidal threaded bolt
– stranded steel cable Ø 10 mm, zinc-plated, 35 x 7 non-rotating (16 outer strands, 19 inner strands) with shock-absorbing stoppers
– stainless steel cable pulley with three Polyamide rollers with anti-friction bearing
Cable construction with distinguishing attention to minimum noise development from the K&K pulley running on the cable.
– stainless steel chain with flexible thermically pressed-on natural rubber handle and safety pendulum seat
– universal joint between chain and chain adaptor for minimum wear and tear

After installing the cable ride stations, the mound for the starting station must be built corresponding to the installation instructions. For proper function of the cable ride, appropriate cable tensioning is only possible with correct ground shaping according to our specifications.

Cable and pulley, pendulum seat and rubber handle will subsequently be delivered after dimensional measurement after installation of the stanchions and crossbeams (specifications for correct dimensional measurement will be enclosed to the first delivery).
