Platform
Platform from boards of 30 mm thickness and all-round square-shaped joists 45 x 100 mm. Dried timber from Robinia, planed, milled and free from decay. Force-fitting fastening through specific stainless steel brackets with end-to-end bolt assembly.
The pump platform is additionally covered with profiled stainless steel sheet and prepared for mounting the valve combination included in this water feature. The valve combination will be located directly below the pump platform. An additional shaft for the valve combination is therefore not required.

Water pump with hand wheel item no. 033131001
Suction pipe connection 1 ¼ in (pipe diameter at least ¾ in), welded stainless steel construction, fully encapsulated pump housing, pump mechanism with roller and anti-friction bearing. During winter season, a removal of the upper housing and the hand wheel is indispensable, (winter) cover panel for the bottom part is included with delivery.

Valve combination with hygienic flush 1 1/4″
Device for direct connection of the water pump to a pressurised water supply, with integrated fine filter for water purification to prevent a malfunction due to polluted membrane valves.
Hygienic flushing included: device for automatical flushing of the line section between valve combination and water pump with time control and check valve, dimensioned for flushing of max. 30 m DN 40. Control unit consisting of control module, watertight sealed 6V battery. Factory default for flushing is preset to a 12 hour time interval.
Assembly and installation must be carried out by a qualified company.

Water storage basin
Base area: Ø 0,86 m
Welded stainless steel construction with one tubular run-off. Conical rubber closing with locking mechanism for complete water extraction. Sheet metal thickness: 2 mm at least/ tube Ø 33,7 mm

Y-shaped water trough
Welded stainless steel construction with one water feed and two run-offs, sheet metal thickness: 2 mm at least/ tube Ø 38 mm. Including flexible flap (2 pcs.) with stainless steel knob and reinforced rubber blade, clamping device for tube attachment Ø 38 mm. Limited shifting on choice.

Water trough 0,80 m, 2 pcs.
Welded stainless steel construction. Sheet metal thickness: 2 mm at least. Ø 38 mm. Inclined run-off.
Additional trough support for inclined installation corresponding to water feed or water run-off.

Water trough 1,60 m

Stand alone bottom basin for screw pump
Welded stainless steel construction with discharge drilling, closed by a cylinder screw. Screw connection of the bottom bearing of the screw pump. Sheet metal thickness 2 mm at least / tube Ø 38 mm.

Welded stainless steel construction for post attachment, for water collection from a trough on top, 12 paddle wheels, rounded on the front end, framed by side panels. Sheet metal thickness: 2 mm at least. Water wheel mounted in roller bearing.

Metal components: stainless steel
Robinia timber is furnished with water-repellent, breathable protective coating. Besides protection from moisture, that treatment reduces crack formation. Thanks to a specific fastening adaptor, forces arising from the modular attachment parts are directly derived into the posts. Tamper-proof screw connections thanks to protective screw caps.
