Posts
Posts made of laminated robinia wood, cylindrically milled, Ø 120 mm. Unprotected end grain areas are covered with non-detachable post caps made of stainless steel.
Posts flush with the platform are closed with welded-on stainless steel caps.
Steel support post made of stainless steel for the foundation and elevation of robinia roundwood posts, Ø 120 mm, below the play level.

Platform
Platform made of robinia slats, 30 mm thick and surrounding squared timber beams 45 x 100 mm. The dried sawn timber from robinia is planed, chamfered and free from rotting branches. Floor fixing by special stainless steel angles and a continuous bolt connection.

Attachment parts
Attachable wide slide, 1.10 m wide, one-piece stainless steel construction, sheet thickness: 2.5 mm, with roll-off preventing fall protection

Please note for your planning that stainless steel slides are aligned to the north-east or stand in the semi-shade of trees due to the possible heating of the slide surface.

Metal components: stainless steel. The robinia wood is provided with a water-repellent, breathable protective coating. In addition to protecting it from moisture, this treatment reduces cracking. The modular add-on parts transfer their forces directly into the posts via a special adapter attachment. The screw connections are secured against unauthorised loosening by means of cover caps.

Foundations (on site)
4 pcs. 0.40 x 0.40 x 0.40 m
1 piece 0.90 x 1.25 x 0.40 m
Quantity of concrete: 0.71 m³

Time of assembly
2 fitters 2 hours each
(without foundation construction)

Free fall height
Platform: 0.20 m
Slide: Depending on the course of the terrain, the free height of fall and the extent of the impact surface are determined by the vertical distance between the lower edge of the slide and the upper edge of the terrain.
The impact surface in the slide area must be equipped with a floor material that meets the requirements of table 4 (see EN 1176-1). If a different material is to be used, its shock-absorbing properties must be verified by testing according to EN 1177:2017. The floor surface surrounding the exit part of the slide shall meet the requirements for a critical drop height of at least 1000 mm (see EN 1176-3).
