Luxembourg
Luxembourg is a small European country bordering Belgium, France and Germany. Its territory, which is mainly rural, is characterised to the north by the dense forests of the Ardennes and nature parks, to the east by the rocky gorges of the Mullerthal region and to the south-east by the Moselle valley. The capital, also called Luxembourg, is famous for its fortified medieval city centre, which is situated on a hill.
