Support post
\nStanding posts made of robinia plywood, cylindrically milled, \u00d8 120 mm. Unprotected end grain surfaces are covered with non-detachable stainless steel post caps. Stainless steel tubular base for the foundation and elevation of robinia roundwood posts, \u00d8 120 mm, below the play level. Posts that are flush with the platform are covered with welded stainless steel discs.<\/p>\n
Platform floor
\nPlatform floor made of boards, 30 mm thick and circumferential squared timber beams 45 x 100 mm. The dried sawn timber made of robinia is planed, bevelled and free of rotting knots. Force-fit floor fastening using special stainless steel brackets with a continuous bolt connection.<\/p>\n

\nAttachable wide slide, 1.10 m wide, one-piece stainless steel construction, sheet thickness: 2.5 mm, with anti-roll guard above the single-seat section<\/p>\n
For your planning, please note that stainless steel slides should be orientated to the north-east or in the partial shade of trees due to the possible heating of the slide surface.<\/p>\n

\nThe robinia wood is treated with a water-repellent, breathable protective coating. In addition to protecting against moisture, this treatment also reduces cracking. The modular add-on parts transfer their forces directly to the uprights via a special adapter fastening. The screw connections are secured against unauthorised loosening by cover caps.<\/p>\n

Free fall height

\nSlide: The free fall height and the extent of the impact area are determined by the vertical distance between the bottom edge of the slide and the top edge of the terrain.
\nThe impact surface in the slip area must be fitted with a floor material that fulfils the requirements of Table 4 (see EN 1176-1). If a different material is to be used, its shock-absorbing properties must be verified by testing in accordance with EN 1177:2008. The floor surface surrounding the run-out part of the slide must fulfil the requirements for a critical fall height of at least 1000 mm (see EN 1176-3).<\/p>\n
