Height: 7.50 m + tower top

Platform heights: 1.00 / 2.00 / 3.00 m

Slide attachment height: 3.00 m

Seat height: 3.10 m

Slide inclination: 30°

Slide width: 0.80/0.60 m

Sliding plate thickness: 2.5 mm

Weight: 330 kg heaviest individual part

2120 kg in total

Support post

Steel Ø 193.7 x 4 mm, hot-dip galvanised

Platform floors

Triangular stainless steel pedestals, welded construction with tear plate covering, glass bead blasted, screw-on flange connections on the uprights.

Ladder steps made of stainless steel tube between the platforms, rung height 0.50 m, including fall protection.

Safety gate (from 1.00 m platform height)

Welded construction made of stainless steel tube Ø 21 / 33.7 mm, glass bead blasted, from 1.00 m platform height, screw-on flange connections on the uprights

Tower bonnet

High-pressure laminate, 13 mm

Tower top

End cover made of stainless steel sheet

Tunnel slope slide 30°, Ah 3.00 m

Slide segments made of stainless steel, particularly quiet due to tubular trough shape, welded to form a one-piece slide.

Course: straight

Including K&K slope slide support post made of stainless steel tube Ø 120 x 3 mm, stainless steel fastening flange.

For your planning, please note that stainless steel slides should be orientated to the north-east (northern hemisphere) or in the partial shade of trees due to the possible heating of the slide surface.

For countries in the southern hemisphere, orientation to the south-east is recommended.

Anchoring

Dowelling of the pedestal base with 2 injection anchor rods made of A4 stainless steel.

The tower is equipped with a lightning conductor to protect it from damage.

Foundations

4 pcs. 1.00 x 1.00 x 0.50 m

1 piece 0.40 x 0.40 x 0.60 m

1 piece 1.00 x 0.40 x 0.50 m

1 piece 1.40 x 0.75 x 0.40 m

Concrete volume: 2.72 m³

Assembly time

2 fitters 14 hours each, plus lifting gear

(without foundation)

Free fall height

2,30 m

Suitable for

Children aged 5 and over,

public playgrounds etc.

Physical activities

The foundation sizes specified in this offer correspond to the static requirements for medium-dissolvable soil types with a permissible soil pressure of at least σR,d = 150 kN/m² for four-pile dolphin towers or σR,d = 180 kN/m² for six-pile dolphin towers. In the case of deviating ground conditions and installation in areas with high wind loads (deviating from German wind zone 2, corresponds to vref = 25.0 m/s) or high snow loads (deviating from German snow load zone 2, corresponds to sk ≥0.85 kN/m²), technical modifications to the construction of the product may be necessary (e.g. insertion of cross bracing). This will result in additional costs and an extension of the specified delivery time.

At the Client's request, Kaiser & Kühne may commission a recognised engineering firm to carry out the necessary structural calculations. The resulting costs shall be borne by the Client. The required evidence of the local conditions shall be provided by the Client.
