Support post
\nPosts made of robinia plywood, cylindrically milled, \u00d8 120 mm. Unprotected end grain surfaces are covered with non-detachable stainless steel post caps. Posts that are flush with the platform are covered with welded-on stainless steel discs.
\nStainless steel tubular base for the foundation and elevation of Robinia roundwood posts, \u00d8 120 mm, below the play level. <\/p>\n
Platform floors
\nPlatform floor made of boards, 30 mm thick and circumferential squared timber beams 45 x 100 mm. The dried sawn timber made of robinia is planed, bevelled and free of rotting knots. Force-fit floor fastening using special stainless steel brackets with a continuous bolt connection. Pump pedestal also with profiled stainless steel sheet and prepared for installation of the valve combination included in this water feature. The valve combination will be located directly below the pump platform. An additional shaft for the valve combination is therefore not required.<\/p>\n

Water pump article no. 0-33130-001
\nSuction pipe connection 1 \u00bc inch (pipe diameter min. \u00be inch), welded stainless steel construction, encapsulated pump housing, pump mechanism with roller and plain bearings, upper pump housing with swivel must be removed, e.g. during the frost period, sealing cover (\u201ewinterisation plate\u201c) for the remaining lower part of the pump is supplied. Suitable for mounting on a solid surface such as a platform provided by the customer<\/p>\n
Please note:
\nWhen connecting the water pump to a pressurised water line, the K&K valve combination (art. no. 0-33190-000) is required. <\/p>\n
If the water supply is intentionally interrupted temporarily (timer or similar), a negative pressure builds up in the pipe system when the pump is operated again, which causes the pump swivel to kick back.
\nIt is therefore essential to prevent the pump swivel arm from being actuated (e.g. by using the pump lock, part number 1040639).<\/p>\n

Valve combination article no. 0-33190-000A (installed below the platform floor)
\nDevice for connecting the water pump directly to a pressurised water pipe.
\nIncl. fine filter for cleaning the water of suspended matter, dirt particles etc. to prevent the diaphragm valves from becoming contaminated and thus prevent malfunctions.
\nThe valve combination should be installed and connected by a specialised installation company.<\/p>\n
