- Cable car girder made of hot-dip galvanised steel.
- Cableway support made of hot-dip galvanised tubular steel, with dowel disc fastening Ø 240 mm.
- Cable attachments with tensioning devices for problem-free, linear cable tensioning using self-locking trapezoidal threaded rods.
- Strand compacted suspension ropes Ø 10 mm made of galvanised steel wire. 35 x 7 in rotation-free design (16 outer strands, 19 inner strands). Incl. damping stops.
- Ropeway trolley made of stainless steel sheet with 3 polyamide rollers on roller bearings.
When selecting the suspension cable construction, particular attention was paid to minimising the noise generated by the Kaiser & Kühne cable car running on the cable.
- Handle: Stainless steel chains with thermally moulded, flexible rubber handle and safety pendulum seats.
- Universal joint to minimise wear at the chain adapter-chain connection point.
The hill modelling for the start station must be carried out after the cable car stations have been installed in accordance with the installation instructions. The cable tension required for the functionality of the cable car is only possible if the terrain is adapted according to our specifications.
The cableway ropes including the cableway trolley, pendulum seat and handle chain are delivered after the cableway has been assembled and the most accurate possible measurements have been taken (a description of how to take the measurements is enclosed with the delivery).
